| Product Description: Akroform TDEC-80/EPR is a polymeric dispersion of Tellurium Diethyldithiocarbamate. This masterbatch dispersion is a safe, efficient way of adding TDEC, a powerful secondary accelerator, to all rubber compounds (especially EPDM and Butyl). TDEC has an excellent scorch-to-cure rate ratio. To insure non-blooming in EPDM, use only 0.4 phr active TDEC. TDEC cures general-purpose rubber to a fast, high state-of-cure. Advantages: Polymer bound or encapsulated dispersions are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, efficiency, quality & raw material control. Akrochem polymer bound or encapsulated chemical dispersions eliminate any irritating dust, as well as other potential hazards in handling powders in the plant.
