Material Notes: Evoprene™ HP is a hydrogenated styrene block copolymer based thermoplastic elastomer. Specially formulated for applications requiring high strength and excellent abrasion resistance, Evoprene™ HP can be used in some applications where thermoplastic polyurethane would normally be specified.
Evoprene™ HP has very good, heat ageing properties, excellent hydrolysis resistance and, when properly protected, very good antimicrobial resistance.
Can be used in food contact applications with the appropriate stabilizer package
