Material Notes: Georgia Gulf 8268 is a rigid PVC pellet compound suited for applications where transparency is important. It is widely used for clear profiles such as furniture trim, shower door and protected jalousie windows. High impact vacuum formed sheet applications are also filled with 8268. Twin screw machines may be used to convert Georgia Gulf 8268. 8268 is characterized by excellent physical properties and easy processing. It contains UV inhibitor to retard deterioration. It is available in fiberboard boxes, railroad bulk hopper cars or bulk truckloads.
