Danquinsa DANTHANE® 126KG-Powder TPU

Material Notes: DANTHANE_ 126KG-Powder is a polyester based, aromatic TPU, already colored in green. This TPU-powder is suitable for sinter coating, mainly at the production of technical textiles. A main application is the production of transport and conveyor belts, as well as the coating of flat belt materials. DANTHANE_ 126KG-Powder is also suitable for the coating of medium-hard textiles lining materials for containers. Very often DANTHANE_ 126KG-Powder is used as green intermediate layer and then, as top coat, the transparent type DANTHANE_ 126K-Powder is used.

Application: DANTHANE_ 126KG-Powder is applied at the hot melt coating of industrial textiles. The coated textiles are used for transport and drive sections. This TPU powder, colored in green, can be used at the coating as intermediate layer and top coat. Very often DANTHANE_ 126KG-Powder is used as intermediate layer and than as top coat the transparent type DANTHANE_ 126K-Powder is used. For the coating of textiles we also deliver the corresponding impregnations and primers with the DANCOLL_ products.
