Material Notes: Product Description: SURLYN™ AD8273 is an ionomer of ethylene acid copolymer. The resin can be processed in conventional blown film, cast film, sheet extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene and ethylene copolymer type resins. It is also used in extrusion coating and coextrusion coating equipment designed to process polyethylene and ethylene copolymer type resins.
Uses: Packaging
Composition: Zinc Ionomer
Characteristics/Benefits: Peelable at lower seal temperatures; Lock-up seal at higher seal temperatures
