Material Notes: Product Description: A soft, colorable, specialty thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. It is especially formulated to bond to PA 6, PA 6/6, PA 6 GF, PA 11, PA 12 and PA 6/12 substrates in applications where hard/soft combinations are required. This grade of Santoprene TPV is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding or extrusion. It is completely recyclable.

  • Designed for excellent adhesion to PA6, PA6/6, PA6GF, PA11, PA 12 and PA6/12 (cold insert or 2K [two-shot] molding).
