Eastman 1924P Polyethylene  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Low Density (LDPE)

Material Notes: Low-density polyethylene 1924P is a resin in the boardstock coating industry for use in breadboard, cupstock, and liquid packaging board. This material has an excellent combination of low neck-in, ease of processing, good chill-roll release, low coefficient of friction (for ease of indexing carton blanks) and good heat sealability. It is characterized by high-speed processability, excellent drawdown and reliable lot-to-lot consistency.

List of Applications:

  • Food-contact applications
  • Photographic paper
