Material Notes: Nepol™ GB601HP is a special long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene concentrate grade intended for injection molding and extrusion. This material is designed for the dilution process in combination with special developed dilution polypropylene grades, preferably homopolymer HK060AE or copolymer BJ356MO. This combination of concentrate- dilution polypropylene should be then adjusted for a glass fiber content range of 20-40% in the end product. Applications: Electrical components, load bearing automotive parts, force transmission parts, front end carriers, dashboard carriers and door module carriers.
