| Product Description: Akroform CLD-80/EPR/P is recommended for uses where a non-blooming or non-staining sulfture donor is required. It is excellent in scorch safety and broad curing plateau. When the full curing temperature is reached, a quick vulcanization follows. Additional acceleration by thiazoles, sulfenamides, or thiurams is recommended. When formulated correctly, it will not produce nitrosamine. Akroform CLD-80/EPR/P shows favorable compression set. It provides a high degree of heat again resistance in synthetic and natural rubbers. Advantages: Polymer bound or encapsulated dispersions are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, efficiency, quality & raw material control. Akrochem polymer bound or encapsulated chemical dispersions eliminate any irritating dust, as well as other potential hazards in handling powders in the plant.
