Material Notes: St 1000® (DIN16972 TG2) is an ultra high molecular weight low density polyethylene (PE-UHMW) with a molecular weight of approx. 4.4 - 9.2 million g / mol. By using specially selected additives, it is possible to positively influence the material St 1000® according to the respective requirements. This is done mainly through the use of lubricants and biodegradable oils. Colors according to RAL-K7: green (4004), natural colors (7000), black (6000). Properties: FDA approved, good lubricity, high chemical resistance, high wear resistance, no moisture absorption, conforming to EU 10/2011 (as FSP version), very good impact resistance.

Uses: power transmission, Components for the chemical industry, Components for the food industry, Components for the pharmaceutical industry, Components for agricultural machinery, seals, conveying star, guide rails, Sliding elements with high wear, resistance, Sliding profiles, plain bearings, slide rails, Wet-end components of paper machines, pump, shock and impact stressed parts, Transport and conveyor screws.
