Material Notes: Resin of LTP ZW-3000 serials is crystal whisker reinforced materials with wear-resisting property based on high molecular weight linear PPS. Its characteristics are as following: (1)elevated temperature property:long run under 180-220 ?;(2)self-lubricating property:work for long time without any lubrication additive under usage Temperature: (3)resistance to solvent:not swelling in oil, organic solvent, especially in gasoline, diesel oil alcohols and aromatic series esters;(4)high thermal conduction:the heat by friction can transfer through metal parts or air when used under elevated temperature? As high strength and low density in one, Resin of LTP ZW-3000 serials are broadly applied as wear resisting parts under elevated temperature and humidity work conditions for aerospace, automotive, machine, household appliances, petroleum and chemical industry, such as bearing, axile bush, gear wheel, impeller blade, belt roller, brake block and so on.
