| ThermaGloss® overprint varnishes (OPVs) impart excellent gloss to preprinted linerboard. Coated linerboard passes through the corrugator without picking, softening or smearing. Superior heat resistance eliminates the need for hotplate temperature reduction. ThermaGloss® 425FLT is designed for application by flexo or gravure on a preprint press. Usage: A high heat resistant overprint which imparts a matte finish to preprint linerboard while eliminating picking and smearing of the inks through the hot plate section of the corrugator. Applications (properties imparted): Perishables (overprints with heat resistance). Handling: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
