Versalis Impressio® HD 760 3D Printing Filament Grade HDPE
Categories: Polymer; 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); High Density (HDPE)

Material Notes: Impressio HD 760 is a high density polyethylene homopolymer resin, with antioxidants, produced by phase gas process. This process has been optimized for the production of filaments dedicated to 3D printing also called Additive Manufacturing. Impressio HD 760 has a narrow molecular weight distribution and a high density which make it the perfect choice for such application where outstanding thermal stability is required especially during the processing. Applications: Impressio HD 760 has been designed for the Additive Manufacturing – FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. The antioxidant additives are approved by the polyethylene monography of the European Pharmacopeia and used in compliance with it to ensure final use into Medical and Pharmaceutical products. Impressio HD 760 is perfect to produce 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filaments used into 3D printers for the production of prototypes and medical items requiring high rigidity, toughness and chemical inertia.
