Material Notes: Magnesium AZ91A, B, C, D, and E have the same nominal composition but differ in ranges and/or specified impurity limits. The die cast alloy in as-cast condition (F) can be made for secondary metal, reducing the cost of the alloy. Must be used when maximum corrosion resistance is not required.
