Danquinsa DANCOLOR® TPU 922SCR Color master batch
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: DANCOLOR® TPU 922SCR is a combine batch based on aliphatic TPU, which is delivered in black coloured granules. This combine batch combines the properties of the dyeing in the colour black and the improvement of the scratch resistance of aliphatic TPU surfaces. This combine batch contains also improved scratch resistance and improves the crystallization at the process with aliphatic TPU’s. This combine batch is mainly used for the colouration of thermoplastic polyurethane (based on polyester- or polyether) for the processing by extrusion, injection moulding- and calender.

Application: DANCOLOR® TPU 922SCR can be mixed with all products of the PEARLTHANE®- or PEARLCOAT® -range (based on polyester or polyether) which will be applied by the extrusion, injection moulding and calender processing. As it deals with a high quality combine batch, it is especially recommended to use dosages in the range of 8-12% to the aliphatic TPU’s, in order to improve the scratch resistance and the surface properties. Generally dosages up to 15% are possible at this combine batch.
