Nylene® NX3024 Nylon 6

Material Notes: Dry as molded. Nylene NX3024 is a medium viscosity, extrusion grade nylon 6 resin suitable for film co-extrusion, coatings, and compounding applications. It has excellent melt stability and good melt strength. NX3024 has excellent grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not adsorb food odors. Nylene NX3024 meets the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1500 for direct food contact. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 480 - 500ºF at the die.
