Master Bond EP30ND Non-Drip, Dimensionally Stable Epoxy Adhesive
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Epoxy; Epoxy Adhesive

Material Notes: Description: Master Bond Polymer System EP30ND is a high viscosity, two component epoxy adhesive/sealant with a paste consistency. It will cure at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures and has convenient non-critical 4 to 1 mix ratio by weight or volume. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents. It is especially useful for applications requiring high bond strength, good chemical resistance along with minimal flow when applied or curing. It is also utilized in many repair applications particularly where machining of cured polymer is desirable. Linear shrinkage is exceptionally low - 0.0003 inches/in. Master Bond Polymer System EP30ND produces high strength bonds that exhibit excellent dimensional stability. Its service temperature range is -60°F to 250°F. It has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. The cured system is a good electrical insulator. The color of part A is amber and the color of part B clear. It is also available in many colors and is especially popular in black. Master Bond Polymer System EP30ND is particularly useful in repair applications involving pumps, pipes, tanks, valves, etc.

Product Advantages:

  • Convenient mixing: easy-to -use mix ratio, four (4) to one (1) by weight or volume.
  • Versatile cure schedules: ambient temperature or fast, elevated temperature cures as required.
  • High bonding strength to similar and dissimilar substrates.
  • Good durability and chemical resistance.
  • Product can be machined or sanded for maximum surface smoothness as desired.
  • Non-drip type system. Easy to apply. Spreads evenly and smoothly.
