Material Notes: Tire cord fabric is a type of industrial fabric which is constructed using High Tenacity yarns in the warp direction and yarns of negligible resistance in weft direction which is used to hold warn yarns locked in their position. Tire cord coated fabrics provides fundamental properties such as controlled deformation, high strength, abrasion resistance, etc. Widely used by the tire industry, it is also employed for the rubber hose manufacture, air springs, expansion joints, among many other applications. Fiber consisting of a long chain polymer containing amines and aromatic components. Infusible, does not melt, does not burn, does not soften. Besides it shows low emission of toxic gases while combustion. Certain aramid can decompose at 500 ° C, It is thermostable up to 250 ° C. Silicone Rubbers are ideal for high and low temperature applications. Electrical properties are excellent and resistance to weathering and ozone attack is outstanding. It is not resistant to super-heated steam. Physical properties are generally low but are at least retained at higher temperatures. Gas permeability is very poor as is resistance to petroleum based fluids. Silicone rubbers are expensive in comparison to most other rubbers. Food Quality/FDA compliant grades are available for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries
