Material Notes: Grade R35C-02 is a high clarity, lubricated random copolymer with a high flow rate. This material is designed for high-speed injection molding of medium- to thin-walled parts requiring excellent clarity, fast cycle times, and ease of denesting. Finished parts made with R35C-02 will exhibit a bluish hue giving a look of enhanced clarity. This material meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520.
    Applications:
  • Medium- to thin-walled injection molding of multi-cavity parts
  • Housewares and consumer products – especially storage bins, containers and cups
  • Audio and video media rigid packaging
