Plastcom SLOVAMID 66 GF 20 GB 10 Polyamide 66, 20% Glass Fiber, 10% Glass Beads
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 66 (PA66); Nylon 66, 20% Glass Fiber Filled; Nylon 66, Glass Bead Filled

Material Notes: Features

PA 66 chemically reinforced with 20% glass fiber and with the content of 10% glass beads. Improved anisotropy of shrinkage. The relation of the anisotropy to the mechanical properties can be changed by the ideal combination of the glass fiber and the glass beads. High surface brightness, low rolling resistance force. Manufacturing of exact parts, mainly in flat form, throttle valves in air piping. Increased strength and tension modulus in tension due to the addition of glass fiber. Delivered in the full RAL color scale.

Application: Injection Moulding
