Wacker Dehesive® 915 Silicone Release Coating

Material Notes:	DEHESIVE® 915 is 100 %, completely solvent-free, addition-curing silicone intended for coating paper and other substrates. Special features: extremely fast curing medium release at low peel speeds low release at high peel speeds flat release profile good release stability good bath life solvent-free good coverage at low silicone coat weights extremely fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® 915 allow for a very low platinum concentration Application: DEHESIVE® 915 is solvent-free silicones with an oily consistency and good flow properties. It is especially suitable for solvent-free paper coating. Other substrates can be rendered non-stick towards pressure-sensitive adhesives with this product, e.g. metallic tapes and plastic sheets. DEHESIVE® 915 develops optimum release properties once it has undergone complete crosslinking. Subsequent postcuring - which is needed for most condensation-crosslinking silicones - is not necessary.
