CIMBAR Crescent 50 Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3), Coarse Powder
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: CIMBAR's Crescent product line is a natural calcium carbonate ground to various particle size distributions. The crystalline structure of the calcium carbonate in Crescent products has a predominantly spherical shape, and is essentially crystalline silica-free (less than 0.1%). These properties promote low abrasion to mixing and extrusion equipment while enhancing extrusion rates and overall productivity.

Applications:

  • Resins
  • PVC
  • Polyolefins
  • Paints and Coatings
  • Polyurethane
  • Putties
  • Rubber Compounds
  • Mastics
  • Patching Compounds
