Material Notes: SCS1700 silicone sealant is a one-component, acetoxy cure silicone containing a fungicide that is supplied as a paste and upon cure, produces a durable, formed-in-place silicone rubber seal that is mildew and mold resistant. SCS1700 is an excellent candidate to consider the prevention of mildew formation around fixtures in areas such as locker rooms, swimming pool facilities and lavatories.

Features: Silicone Durability, Mildew Resistant, ±25% Movement Capacity. Application: SCS1700 is a candidate to consider: For use as a seal around bathtubs, shower stalls, wall fixtures, sinks, and other bathroom fixtures including countertops, soap fixtures, air dryers and drains. For grouting and bedding some ceramic tiles. In interior and exterior applications where areas are prone to mold and mildew formation.
