Nabaltec APYMAG® 60S Magnesium Hydroxide
Categories: Ceramic; Oxide; Aluminum Oxide; Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: The demand for halogen free flame retardant plastics for applications in automobile, electrical, and construction industries is stronger than ever. The use of mineral flame retardants within these products is of growing importance.

If processing temperatures exceed 200°C, APYMAG® should be used. It is preferable for applications which are very sensitive to processing parameters, like viscosity. When using in thermoplastics, good mechanical and flame retardancy can be achieved.
