Material Notes: Applications
ALATHON M 6030 is a medium molecular weight high density homopolymer with extremely low gel content. Typical applications for this resin are cast film, coextrusion and dry food packaging.

Regulatory Status
M 6030 meets the requirements of Food and Drug Administration regulation, 21 CFR 177.1520. This regulation allows the use of this olefin polymer in "…articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food." Specific limitations or conditions of use may apply.

Processing Techniques
Specific recommendations for processing M 6030 can only be made when the processing conditions, equipment and end use are known.

Typical Extrusion Conditions
Melt Temperature- 390°F(199°C)
