Material Notes: Product Description: EBA REPSOL EBANTIX® E27150 offers excellent flexibility and is suitable for injection molding. The butyl acrylate content is 27%. It contains antioxidant additives.
Applications: Hot Melt Adhesives; Packaging; Bookbinding; Carpet backing
Recommended melt temperature 180°C. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of E27150 are similar to LDPE and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended. Processing conditions should be optimized for each production line.
