Versalis Revive® COM75LF2 Recycled LDPE/LLDPE
Categories: Polymer; Renewable/Recycled Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE)

Material Notes: Versalis Revive® PE COM75LF2 is a LDPE/LLDPE based polyolefin compound containing 75% of postconsumer plastic from municipal waste separate collection, anti-UV stabilizers and compatibilizers agents, allowing its use in high content technological applications. Applications: COM75LF2 is indicated for the production of extruded packaging and manufactured products for which sustainability is a primary value. COM75LF2 is suitable for blown film technology. It is preferably to be used in coextrusion, in one or more internal layers and in a mixture with virgin polyethylene for the production of shrink film, industrial packaging products, tubes and various profiles. The percentages of use (up to 100%) and the thicknesses must be assessed according to the final characteristics of the application. The product is not suitable for the production of articles and materials intended for direct contact with food and pharmaceutical and / or medical applications.

Typical properties of an extruded film 180 °C-210 °C, BUR 4 and thickness 50 µm.
