This anionic emulsion is specially developed to deliver the high molecular weight actives in a low viscosity liquid with neutral pH. This emulsion is designed to be used as a multi-substrate auto dressing and conditioner. ICM EM 1,000,000(50) NO NP has the added benefit of being free of nonylphenol.
