Product highlights: CAB-O-SIL TS-710 fumed silica is a low surface area fumed silica which has been surface modified with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). This treatment replaces some of the hydroxyls on the surface of the silica, resulting in increased hydrophobicity and very different performance than untreated silica. CAB-O-SIL TS-710 fumed silica suitable for use in pigments and fillers in polar systems, such as epoxy and polyurethane adhesives and coatings, as well as vinyl ester resins.
