Phillips 66 595 NC Open Gear Lube

Material Notes: Description: Conoco Open Gear Lube 595 NC is a black, viscous, semi-fluid product that can be applied via central pumping systems that utilize injectors and nozzles for spray or drip application. Open Gear Lube 595 NC does not contain chlorinated solvents. Open Gear Lube 595 NC is designed for the lubrication of open gears, racks and pinions, swing gears, booms and sticks contained on mine and quarry shovels, drag lines and related equipment. Open Gear Lube 595 NC will perform over a wide temperature range above 15°F. The product will form a tenacious film that contains adhesive, extreme pressure properties, lubricity, rust and corrosion inhibitors and solid phase lubricating additives to provide maximum performance. Moreover, the lubricant resists water wash off and corrosion. Open Gear Lube 595 NC is removable and cleanable from decks, ladders and operating areas with wiping rags and conventional solvents or cleaning chemicals. The product is not the conventional heavy, tacky type that is extremely difficult and costly for maintenance removal.
