Danquinsa DANMELTTHANE® PES-650-G Adhesive

Material Notes: DANMELTTHANE® PES-650-G is a hot-melt adhesive based on polyester. The shoe industry uses this Hot-Melt-adhesive in order to pinch the front toe puffs of the shoes. It is used to the melt coating application of shoe toe caps and textiles. DANMELTTHANE® PES-650-G is suitable for the thermoplastic bonding of synthetics, textiles, leather and many other materials. The melt of DANMELTTHANE® PES-650-G is also appropriate for the casting of plug connections in the electric and electronic industry.

Application: DANMELTTHANE® PES-650-G is a highly elastic and very fast curing polyester hot melt for the following applications:

  • Adhesives for front toe puff in the shoe production
  • Pinching cements for the shoe production
  • Coating of shoe stiffening materials
  • Hot-melt adhesive coatings of textile and webs
  • Hot-melt laminating adhesives
  • Sealants
  • Hot-melt-adhesives for automobile and industrial filters
  • Packaging adhesives
  • Crystallisation additive for reactive hot-melts
