Material Notes: The graphite emulsion is forged with patented equipment and a unique recipe. It is an ideal lubricant for high-temperature demolding in hot processing of non-ferrous metal. The superior products are used in aviation and space flight as well as extrusion of warheads and cartridge cases. With ideal high-temperature lubricity and cohesiveness, it makes demolding easy. It is chemically stable, non-corrosive and non-toxic. It can improve the moulding quality and remarkably prolong the life of moulds. Examples of application include drop forging, roll forging, gear rough and finish forge.
