Wefapress St 7000® FRAS PE-UHMW
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); High Density (HDPE); UHMW PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PE)

Material Notes: The premium quality St 7000® FRAS (fire-resistant and antistatic) is used in areas in which special fire regulations and electrostatic properties have to be fulfilled. With a surface resistance of < 10^7 ?, the material, based on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW), displays good conductivity. Special additives additionally ensure flame-retarding behavior. In fire hazard testing conducted in accordance with DIN EN 60695-11-10:1999, St 7000® FRAS was rated in the classed HB40 (HB = horizontal burn) and V-0 (V = vertical burn). Properties: Anti-static, Flame retardant, High wear resistance, Zero moisture absorption, Excellent impact resistance.

Applications: Guide rails, Sliding profiles, slide bearings, slide rails, Shock and impact resistant parts. Industries: Conveyor systems and automation, Mechanical and plant engineering.
