Material Notes: Pencil hardness (JIS K5401) is 'B'. White and opaque. Key characteristics of Zeonex® RS820 include high impact resistance; applicable for plating. Major applications include electric insulating parts.

General Zeonex® Information: Specific grades of Zeonex® are available for different applications. Zeonex® features include chemical resistance to acids and bases, low impurity content, and easy processing through injection molding, blow molding, and film extrusion. Specific grades are used in camera lenses, prisms, and VTR lenses; CD pickup lenses, LBP FΘ lenses, and polygon mirrors; films; and other uses in the electric, electronic, medical treatment, and optronics fields.
