Material Notes: Characterization: Bayblock QS coating is a technologically advanced, high-solids, fire resistant, thixotropic, acrylic elastomeric quick set coating.

Properties / Applications: Bayblock QS coating is formulated for the protection of sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam, stucco, cinder blocks, metal, single ply, and with appropriate base coats, asphaltic and modified bituminous roofing. Bayblock QS coating provides an excellent protective membrane that remains flexible even under adverse conditions.. As with any product, use of Bayblock QS coating must be tested (including, but not limited to, field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.

Covestro sold their spray polyurethane foam business to Accella in 2017.
