Synthos WELLITE™ C-55 Phenolic Resin for Casting

Material Notes: This series of products are made by polycondensation and drying of phenol and formaldehyde. It has the advantages of below:
  • The resin has high strength so that the amount added can be small, which can reduce the cost.
  • Low gas generation, which can reduce casting porosity defects and improve yield.
  • The resin has good flowability so it is easy to coat without any blind corner.
Features: High-strength

Application: Including cast iron, ductile iron, ordinary cast steel, non-ferrous metal castings, casting coatings, and special coated sand for casting sand.
