Solvay MTM® 58B/58FRB Epoxy Prepreg

Material Notes:	Description: MTM58FRB is a black pigmented, flame-retarded, 120°C (248°F) curing epoxy prepreg. After an optional post cure, this material can generate a glass transition temperature of 140°C (284°F). MTM58FRB has been developed for component manufacture, particularly automotive structural applications. MTM58FRB is a suitable for autoclave and press molding processes. Features & Benefits: 60 days out life at 21°C (70°F) 12 months storage at -18°C(0°F) Good hot and wet performance Good impact resistance Excellent tack and drape Recommended cure at 120°C (248°F) MTM58B is flame-retarded and self-extinguishing when tested to FMVS302/ISO3795 and FAR25.857 MTM58B is non flame-retarded that meets the self-extinguishing when tested to FMVS302/ISO3795 Information provided by Cytec, subsequently acquired by Solvay.
