Material Notes: NEOFLON PFA AF –0050B1 is a fluoropolymer film with about the same characteristics as PTFE.

Introduction: NEOFLON PFA film is smooth high-performing non-stretch film which is formed by melt extrusion with NEOFLON PFA material; NEOFLON PFA film has a molecular structure in which a principle chain consisting of atoms of carbon and fluorine is combined with the perfluoroalkoxyl group, to give outstanding heat and chemical resistance, nonadhesion, and nonflammability; It also possesses fabricating characteristics including sealing, thermoforming, welding and heat bonding as well as adhesion (surface treatment items); By special surface treatment, it is possible to adhere to other materials such as adhesives, resins, rubbers etc., that were difficult in the past
