Acrylic copolymer processing aid. The basic function of processing aids is to improve processing performance and promote the fusion of PVC blend for obtaining perfect fusion state under a temperature as low as possible so as to ensure the final product quality. For satisfying different requirements, Shandong Rike Chemical produces these five groups of PVC processing aids:- General group: used to promote fusion of PVC blend
- Lubricating group: besides promoting fusion, these are more effective as a metal release agent. They can prevent from the adherence between PVC melt and metal surface of equipment. Other external lubricants in the ingredients may be reduced.
- Gloss promotion group: besides fusion promotion, these can contribute to evident improvement of the surface glossiness of PVC products.
- Super-fusion promotion group: The fusion promotion effectiveness is higher than the other groups. They are suitable for ingredients which are difficult to process such as the formulation with high filled levels of CaCO3 or other formulation with adding modifiers of carbon black, fiber, etc.
- Super-melt strength promotion group: The melt strength is increased 20-30% and the ability of promotion PVC fusion is also increased 20-30%.
