Since severe foaming is often controlled with 0.1% RHODOLINE© 581B, this concentration is suggested as a starting point. Make subsequent adjustments to dilute or increase the concentration to the most efficient and economical strength. In some applications, higher concentrations will be needed to obtain the desired persistence. RHODOLINE© 581B will separate on prolonged standing; therefore, it should be mixed well before using. For greater efficiency and stability, an emulsion pre-mix is suggested. This is prepared by adding with mixing one part of water to two parts of RHODOLINE© 581B.
