Material Notes:	Product Overview: Ease Release™ 2831 is a wax-based, non-silicone liquid release agent for releasing Smooth-On rigid and flexible polyurethane castable expanding foams from different non-porous surfaces including aluminum, steel, melamine coated board and silicone rubber molds. It is an economical blend that features a very low viscosity and can be applied by brush, roller, lint-free cloth or non-aerosol sprayer such as “The Kwikee” from Smooth-On. Ease Release™ 2831 can also be used as a sealing agent for sealing porous surfaces prior to applying mold rubber. An appropriate release agent may be necessary after applying Ease Release™ 2831.
