EOS HP 11-30 Nylon 11, Carbon Fiber Reinforced
Categories: Polymer; 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 11 (PA11); Nylon 11 + Carbon Fiber

Material Notes: This high-performance plastic made from PA 11 features high strength combined with increased impact resistance and elongation at break due to being enforced with carbon fibers. Since the fibers are encapsulated (compounded) in the raw material, the dark gray components have comparable mechanical properties in all three spatial directions (isotropy). This material is electrostatically dissipative.

Highlights:

  • Isotropic Properties
  • Melt compounded Carbon Fiber filled PA11
  • High stiffness, high tensile strength
  • Electrostatically dissipative
Applications:
  • Under hood components
  • Wind tunnel display models
  • Well suited to applications which require superior thermal properties, with maximum performance and consistent properties in XY&Z dimensions
