LyondellBasell Hiflex CA 7700 A Thermoplastic Elastomeric Olefin
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Elastomer, TPE; Thermoplastic Olefinic Elastomer (TPO)

Material Notes: Hiflex CA 7700 A is a reactor soft thermoplastic polyolefin (rTPO) , manufactured using the Lyondell Basell proprietary Catalloy process technology and is stabilized with a standard additive package. The grade is available in natural colored pellet form. Hiflex CA 7700 A is designed for use in injection molding or extrusion compounds when good processability, optimum mechanical and good dimensional stability, are key properties. Thanks to its tailored elastomeric phase, Hiflex CA 7700 A features high softness and high toughness at very low temperature and provide high thermal characteristics. Hiflex CA 7700 A is used as a blending partner to improve the overall performances of durable and technical compounds. Hiflex CA 7700 A is highly compatible with a wide range of polyolefins and soft plastics. This grade can be either blended or co-extruded with other materials to provide the required property balance
