Applications: RHODOLINE© DF-988 is a silicone-free, mineral oil-free and APE-free defoamer for use in waterborne coating formulations. Rhodoline DF-988 is especially designed to provide outstanding foam control in high sheen waterborne architectural formulation with no adverse effects on the coating gloss and create surface defects in coatings. Rhodoline DF-988 can also be used in semi gloss coatings adhesives and other waterborne formulations. Recommended usage levels are 0.1 – 0.5 % of defoamer as is based on total formulation
