| ICORENE® XC1101 Series is a linear low density polyethylene compound which contains a foaming agent. ICORENE® XC1101 has been developed for the foam filling of structural rotational moldings. This grade will exhibit excellent bonding to a polyethylene skin, which is critical when trying to increase the stiffness and impact resistance of a product. Foam can be used in existing designs to reduce overall weight and also increase flexural stiffness. This product does not require specialist equipment, but a high level of process control is desirable in order to achieve consistent results.
