Material Notes: St 9100 oil is an enhancement of the ultra-high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene (PE-UHMW) type US 9200®. The molecular weight is around 9.2 million g/mol. The use of the finest lubricants further improves the sliding and abrasion properties. This development is a cost efficient alternative that even surpasses the results of US 9200®. Properties: FDA-approved, Good sliding properties, High wear resistance, Zero moisture absorption, Self-lubricating.

Applications: Guide rails, Sliding components with high wear resistance, Sliding profiles, slide bearings, slide rails. Industries: Conveyor systems and automation, Drinks and bottling industries, Mechanical and plant engineering, Food industry.
