Dover Chemical EM 9400 Air Blown Synthetic, Blown Sperm Oil Replacement

Material Notes: EM 9400 is an air-blown synthetic replacement for blown sperm oil. Its properties in regard to emulsion promotion and mineral oil stability are similar to blown sperm oil. EM 9400 is soluble in most mineral oils and organic solvents, but is not soluble in water. EM 9400 improves surface wetting properties of lubricants and preservative oils. Additionally, it offers excellent corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous materials when used in cutting oils and drawing compounds.
