Polikim Polypropylene
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polypropylene (PP)

Material Notes: Polypropylene is an olefin class plastic with low density. It has good chemical and electrical properties and is rigid. Its use under 0°C is not recommended as its mechanical properties weaken. Normally, polypropylene is used in the +0°C, +100°C temperature interval. It is popular in engineering, chemical and electrical industries. Its widest application area is the production of storage tanks, their components and equipment. Polypropylene tanks are preferred in the storage of chemical materials, in water purification and waste management systems.
