Material Notes: PH 1721 is a low melt flow rate polypropylene with an anti-gas fading stabilization package. It is suitable for continuous filament and staple fiber processing due to its molecular weight distribution. It has a good balance of toughness and elongation. This resin could also be used for injection molding processing. It applications include: toys, household appliances, parts in general, staple fibers and continuous filaments for rugs and upholstery, and nonwovens by the thermobonded process.
