Material Notes: PEARLTHANE® D16N87 is a polyether-based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colourless or slightly yellowish pellets, offering adequate hardness with superior hydrolysis resistance and improved extrusion processing. Ideally used for applications where excellent microbial resistance and flexibility are required, such as cables and special hoses. It can be easily extruded and injected. PEARLTHANE® D16N87 when extruded, is used for making films, cables, tubing and profiles. When processed by injection moulding, can be used for making technical parts.
